The clip starts with a diegetic sound of the on screen monster (she-it) creating a un-nerving sound this is then followed by the start of music. I would say this music is anempathetic as it portrays a different feel and emotion to what is happening in the scene, as the scene its self is creepy and weird where as the music is calming and peaceful. then on in the scene you see the monster walking with the heavy sound of foot steps (too show the size of the monster) and with the music slightly getting more atonal. Once the monster find creature its looking for the mood changes and the music becomes empathetic to show the emotion of the scene has moved into a bad place.
A lot of this film Mad God is all diegetic sounds as there is no dialog throughout the film so you have to work out what is the scenario of the scene. But the use of diegetic sounds help with this to show show emotions in the non vocal characters for example the creature getting found by the she-it monster is obviously in distress due to use of real world sounds of a monkey screaming which is normally thought of as distress.
