This week I took a trip home to rehearse for my up coming gig at jaguar shoes. On the way to my destination I recorded audio in different spaces and areas of London (train station, Sainsbury’s and other locations along the way).
The hardware I used to record this audio was my slightly broken micro cassette recorder. This added quite a nice feel to the ambient audio with its low fidelity recording, random slowing and skipping of the tape. it felt like the audio was now full of surprises.
